Creating space in organisations
Ultimately we want to see organisations really achieve their core purpose and establish ways of working that enable staff, partners and stakeholders to flourish.
Organisational health comes from this sense of who we are and how we fit together in a complex world, and it is both powerful and profitable.
Currently our work in organisations usually comes from our work with individual leaders and senior teams. Recognising disconnections and silo thinking is the starting point for discovering a shared sense of why you are here, what is important to you and what you can achieve by working differently.
Often the place to begin is by creating the space to talk.
