Jane’s passion for helping people and organisations realise their potential is exemplified by more than two decades in senior leadership roles in the private and third sectors where she established a track record of driving growth and excellence.

Jane’s early grounding in journalism provided the foundation for her exceptional talent to connect and communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds. This, together with her clear strategic thinking and commitment to being part of sustainable, positive change, led to her success at executive leadership levels in the international aid arena.

Working with a global, multi-million dollar children’s charity for 15 years, initially in Australia as Chief Executive and then with regional management responsibility for operations spanning from Afghanistan to East Timor, honed her leadership skills and demonstrated her ability to achieve significant outcomes in a challenging environment. Her specific expertise in people and change management, strategy, business development and communications enabled her to put in place transformative ways of working that recognised the benefit of diversity whilst establishing clarity of direction.

Holding an MBA and now qualified as an advanced executive coach, Jane works with a range of organisations both delivering one-to-one coaching and as a consultant strengthening people development and leadership.
