Fruitful relationships are at the heart of our work: so who are we?

Experience at the sharp end of leadership, including eight years as chief executive of multi-million pound organisations in the NHS and senior roles in other sectors, convinces me of the importance of wise leadership and recognises the associated costs. Having taken this leadership journey I now delight in walking alongside others as a facilitative consultant and experienced leadership coach. I have particular skills in whole system thinking, shaping culture and developing teams and people.

I am also proud to have an emerging group of very talented and experienced associates, all of who have been significant leaders in their area or profession and who share a passion for working with leaders to make a difference. They bring greater diversity and skills, significantly enriching what we are able to do with you to help you achieve your purpose.
